Review dispatcher payables

Open Payables to review dispatcher earnings and balances. Check the selected week and the separate Achievement Period before comparing figures. The week arrows and This Week button control the weekly view.

Find the dispatcher in Dispatcher Summary. Review Effective Rate, This Week Earned, Profit Share, and Total Balance. Use the rate settings when you need to check the agreed pay configuration.

After paying a dispatcher, choose Record Payment. Select the dispatcher, amount, date, and method. Add the transaction reference and notes, then check every field before saving.

Choose View Payments and search by dispatcher, reference, or notes. Check the date and amount against your records. Review this history before recording another payment for the same transaction.
