1. Who we are
Loadshub is operated by Dispatch FM LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
680 S Cache Street, Suite 100-7403, Jackson, WY 83001, United States
(551) 298-5854 · support@loadshub.app
In these terms, "Loadshub", "we", "us" and "our" mean Dispatch FM LLC. "You" and "your" mean the company or individual that has agreed to these terms and uses the service.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using Loadshub in any way, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Loadshub is a hosted transportation management system for freight carriers and dispatchers. It includes, depending on your plan:
- A dispatch board for scheduling loads against trucks
- Automated reading of rate confirmation documents
- Load and document management
- Carrier lookup against publicly available FMCSA registry data
- Customer invoicing, driver settlements and dispatcher commission calculation
- Goals, reporting and margin analytics
- A driver-facing mobile experience
- Role-based access for owners, managers, dispatchers and drivers
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove or materially degrade a feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice by email.
3. Accounts and offices
Your account is organised as an office — a workspace holding your loads, trucks, drivers, documents and staff. The person who creates the office is its owner and controls who else may join it.
Seats
Your plan sets how many user accounts your office may hold. If you reach that limit you cannot add further users until you upgrade or remove someone. We do not automatically remove your staff to enforce a limit.
Credentials
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your office's accounts. Tell us promptly at support@loadshub.app if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will use Loadshub in compliance with all applicable laws and transportation regulations
- You are solely responsible for your regulatory compliance, including FMCSA requirements, hours-of-service rules, driver qualification files, insurance and licensing
- You will not use Loadshub in a way prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy
- You have the right to upload the documents and data you put into Loadshub
- You will verify information before relying on it for a commercial or safety decision
Loadshub is a record-keeping and workflow tool, not a compliance service. Using Loadshub does not make you compliant with any regulation, and we do not act as your compliance advisor, broker, or agent.
5. Your data
Your loads, documents, customers, driver records and financial data remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that data in order to operate the service for you.
We do not sell your freight data. We do not share your rate, customer or margin data with other Loadshub customers.
You may export your data at any time while your account is active. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information, and section 16 for what happens to your data after termination.
6. Trials, plans and billing
Free trial
New offices may start a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to begin. You get the full product during the trial.
Plans
Plans are priced by the number of users in your office, billed monthly in advance:
| Plan | Users | Price (USD / month) |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1–5 | $25 |
| Growth | 6–10 | $39 |
| Fleet | 11 or more | $110 |
Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the recurring subscription fee until you cancel.
End of trial
Near the end of your trial we will ask for payment details. If none are provided by the time the trial ends, your subscription pauses: your office becomes read-only and no further charge is made. Your data is retained per section 16 so you can export it or resume later.
Changes to pricing
We may change our prices. Existing customers will receive at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect on their subscription. You may cancel before it applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. Your access is not cut off immediately — we will attempt collection over a reasonable period before suspending the account.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep Loadshub available at all times, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. We may take the service down for planned maintenance and will give notice where practical.
Support is provided by email at support@loadshub.app during US business hours. Higher plans receive priority handling.
9. Third-party data
Loadshub's carrier lookup returns information from the FMCSA public registry and related government sources. That data is provided by third parties and we do not control its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
Registry data can be out of date or incomplete. In particular, FMCSA does not track trailer or equipment type, so equipment availability shown or inferred in Loadshub must always be confirmed directly with the carrier. Always verify authority, insurance and equipment independently before tendering a load.
10. Automated document reading
Loadshub uses automated systems, including machine learning models, to read rate confirmations and other documents and to populate load records.
- Extracted values are a convenience, not a verified transcription
- You are responsible for checking extracted data before dispatching, invoicing or paying against it
- We flag values we are uncertain about, but flagging is not a guarantee that unflagged values are correct
- The authoritative record is always the underlying document and your agreement with the broker
We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on automatically extracted data that you did not verify. See sections 13 and 14.
11. Intellectual property
Loadshub, including its software, interface, design and documentation, is owned by Dispatch FM LLC and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from it.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Confidentiality
Each party may receive information from the other that is confidential. Each agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and to use it only to perform under these terms. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Loadshub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automatically extracted data, third-party registry data, or calculated figures will be accurate.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost freight, or loss of data
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim
These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispatch FM LLC and its officers and employees from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your data, your regulatory non-compliance, or your breach of these terms.
16. Suspension and termination
You may terminate at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if payment fails after reasonable attempts to collect, or if required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.
After termination
We retain your office data for 30 days after termination so you can export it or reactivate. After that period it is scheduled for deletion from active systems, with backups aging out on our normal cycle. You can request earlier deletion by writing to support@loadshub.app.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and update the effective date above. Continuing to use Loadshub after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you don't accept them, cancel before they take effect.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
