Loadshub brings dispatch, load documents, carrier vetting, invoicing and driver pay into a single system — and reads your rate confirmations automatically, so nobody re-types a load again.

Upload the broker's rate confirmation and the load builds itself — number, rate, stops, dates, weight.
Every truck, every load, every day. See coverage gaps before they turn into empty miles.
Receivables, payables, driver settlements and dispatcher commission all read from the same load.

Drop in the rate con the broker just sent. Loadshub reads the actual document — load number, rate, every stop, appointment windows, commodity and weight — and recognises the broker's layout, so the next load from that customer is instant.
Clean PDFs, faxed scans, a photo taken on a phone. Multi-page rate cons included.
Each new layout is saved once and reused. Your most frequent customers get faster over time.
Duplicate load numbers, a carrier name that doesn't match, a missing delivery date — caught before dispatch.

Dispatch, paperwork, vetting, billing and the driver's phone — all reading from the same load.
Rate con, BOL, POD, lumper receipt and scale ticket live on the load itself — not in somebody's inbox. When accounting bills it, the paperwork is already attached.
Type an MC number and Loadshub pulls the carrier straight from the FMCSA registry — legal name, DBA, operating authority, safety rating, fleet size and contact details. You know who you're dealing with before anything moves.
Drivers get exactly what they need on their phone — where to be, when, and what they've been paid. Fewer calls to the office, fewer missed appointments.

Loadshub keeps both sides of the money on the same load record — so the invoice you send and the settlement you pay can never drift apart.
Process a delivered load and the invoice is built for you, with the rate, the accessorials and every document already attached. Preview it, download the PDF, send it, and watch it move from draft to sent to paid.
Every dispatcher gets paid differently. Loadshub supports both common models — achievement tiers that step up as a dispatcher books more, or a straight profit share on the whole amount — and applies them automatically to every load.
Revenue, cost and profit per load roll up automatically by truck, driver, dispatcher and customer. Set monthly goals for the team and everyone can see where they stand without asking.

Your operation has its own way of doing things. When Loadshub doesn’t match it yet, tell us — and if it’s a field, a format, a rule or a report, we add it for you at no charge. No feature-request limbo, no upsell, no “enterprise plan”.
Most small customisations ship the same week you ask for them.
What we build for you is maintained alongside the rest of the product.
A good idea from one carrier often becomes an option for all of them.
Logo, remit-to, wording, terms and numbering on invoices, rate confirmations and settlements.
Custom bonus, deduction, per-mile and profit-share logic for drivers, carriers and dispatchers.
Your own fields on loads, trucks, drivers and carriers; load stages named the way your team speaks.
Additional extracted fields and broker-specific layouts added to the document reader.
Export column layouts matched to your factoring company; webhooks into the tools you already run.
Metrics, breakdowns and monthly targets specific to how your operation measures itself.
Role-based access means dispatch, compliance, accounting and drivers each get the screen they need — and nothing they don't.
The board shows every truck and every load side by side, so gaps are obvious while there's still time to fill them.
Driver documents, truck paperwork and load records stay together and stay current, with warnings before anything lapses.
Receivables and payables both read from the load, so what you invoice and what you pay always reconcile.
Margin by truck, driver, dispatcher and customer — without waiting for month end or rebuilding it in a spreadsheet.

Create your office, add your trucks, and run a real week through it. If it doesn't save your dispatcher time, don't keep it.
Takes about a minute.
Loadshub reads the document rather than pattern-matching text, so it handles scans and phone photos as well as clean PDFs. Every parsed load is shown to you before it's saved, and anything uncertain — a missing delivery date, a duplicate load number, a carrier name that doesn't match — is flagged rather than guessed.
Directly from the FMCSA registry. Loadshub looks up the MC number you enter and shows the carrier's legal name, operating authority status, safety rating, power units, drivers and contact details as the registry holds them. Note that FMCSA does not track equipment type, so trailer availability always needs confirming with the carrier.
Most likely, yes. Loadshub supports achievement tiers — where the rate steps up as a dispatcher crosses volume or gross thresholds — and straight profit share on the whole amount. Rates are set per dispatcher, so different people can be on different models.
You pick a plan and your card is billed monthly from that point. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and your account pauses — your data stays available to export.
No. Loadshub is priced by the number of people who log in, not the size of your fleet. Adding trucks costs nothing.
Access is role-based. Dispatchers see the board and loads, accounting sees billing and settlements, drivers see only their own loads and pay. Owners and managers see everything for their office.
Always. You can export your loads, documents and invoices at any time, and we don't sell or share your freight data. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Set up your office, add your trucks, and put a real week of freight through it. Free for 14 days.
