Using the Dispatch Board

Find trucks, read the weekly schedule, and navigate your dispatch board.

Full transcript

Use the Dispatch Board to review weekly truck schedules and open load details.

This lesson starts with trucks and loads already in your Loads Hub workspace.

Open Dispatch Board from the sidebar.

Each row identifies a driver and truck, while the columns show the days of the week.

Load cards appear across the calendar.

Check the displayed date range first.

Use the left and right arrows to move between weeks.

Select Today to return to the current week.

Use the search field to find a truck number or driver name.

Matching rows remain on the board, making it easier to focus on the schedule you need.

Use Dispatchers, Carriers, or Trucks to narrow the board.

Select the entries you want from the checkboxes.

The Trucks filter lists individual vehicles, and the filter badge shows your selection count.

A load card shows its number and route.

Select the card to open the load.

The Details tab contains information such as pickup date, origin, destination, carrier, and driver.

Open the Stops tab to review pickup and delivery locations and dates.

Check the stop type and date carefully when reviewing the schedule.

Close the window when you're finished reviewing.

Searching and filtering changes which rows you see.

Editing a load changes its record.

Use the board to find the right load, then review its details carefully before making any changes.

If an expected truck or load is missing, check the week, search text, and active filters.

Select Clear filters to remove the search and filter selections, then return to Today if needed.

Your daily review is simple: choose the week, find the right trucks, and open the loads to check their details and stops.

Next, we'll add a new load.

Put it to work in your office.
